Libya is a North African country that shares its borders with the Mediterranean Sea, Egypt, Sudan, Chad, Niger, Algeria, and Tunisia. Severe liquidity shortage is seen due to low consumer confidence in the banking sector that, in reality, affects the economy of the country as a whole.
