Falkland Islands Religion & Politics

The religion of Falkland is homogeneous. Mostly Scottish and Welsh immigrants have been settled years before. Most of the people are identified as Christians, with over 66%. 32% of people are identified as no religious people, and the remaining 2% are identified as Buddhism and Islam. The Falkland Islands are British overseas territory. The executive power is vested on behalf of the Britain Queen by the governor.  The Legislative power is exercised by both the government and the legislative assembly.

Falkland Islands Economy

The Falkland Islands are dependent on sheep farming, agriculture, tourism, and fishing. The sheep ranches of Falkland are owned by individual families or by Britain companies. Thousands of sheep are farmed on the Island, and they produce several tons of wools and flesh. For many years till now, Falkland is the single largest sheep rancher. The Falkland Islands import more on building materials, fuel, and clothing. They export more of seafood like fish and squid, hides of sheep, and the flesh of sheep.
